On the day of your visit – Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow our staff to set up your account and chart. Please remember to bring your Photo ID and Insurance card to your visit. Our staff will scan your cards and Id to ensure the correct information is on file. Insurance coverage will be verified upon each visit. If your insurance is not active you will be asked to pay for the visit at the time of service. Co-payments and deductibles will be collected at check-in on the day of service. For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash or Check.
At Family Care Group we are committed to providing the whole family with excellent care. Our Board Certified pediatric providers are specifically trained in Pediatric Medicine and provide care for children from birth to age 18 including both sick and well care.
Routine well care is very important in keeping your child safe and healthy. We provide routine health checks, school and sports physicals and immunization visits. Our providers take care of your child’s physical health, and also are here to help you with your child’s growth and development. Please see the recommended Wellness Visit Schedule.
We offer sick care including evaluation and treatment for illnesses including cold/flu symptoms, rashes, sore throat, fever, asthma, allergies, sinus infections and much more.
We, as a practice, believe that every child should receive the recommended vaccines according to guidelines provided by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Center for Disease Control.
