Dr. Provost is a graduate of the University of Central Florida in Molecular Biology and Microbiology. It was here that he cultivated his interest in medicine, later resulting in graduation from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. His passion for diverse disease processes and complex medical problems led him to pursue post graduate training in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation – a specialty that is inclusive of all aspects of medicine and all types of people, men and women, young and old. Dr. Provost’s kindness and desire to help those less fortunate was well served by training in the rural area of Belle Glade, FL at Lakeside Medical Center. Throughout his many years of training, Dr. Provost felt that musculoskeletal medicine was an aspect of the profession that often fell short. This inspired him to push his skills in Osteopathic manipulative treatment far beyond traditional training.
Outside the office Dr. Provost strives to achieve a balance between the mind, body, and spirit alongside his wife Laura, who also shares his passion for medicine. He is an avid athlete who enjoys the harmony of mountain biking and nature. He develops and explores his artistic self by playing music with a focus on the rhythmic aspects of percussion. Their dog Ando loves music too.
